Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds cannot be granted for items damaged due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance.
Returns

Refund Process

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return or refund after the package arrives (based on eligibility).
Non-Refundable Items
